I am a lifelong athlete, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and hold a Master’s in Nutrition from Boston University. I have spent years working in Miami and San Diego helping individuals elevate their health, mindset, and daily habits through movement, nutrition, and performance-based coaching. My work is also informed by extensive global travel, where I study the habits of the world’s longest-living communities to better understand how people create longer, healthier, and more intentional lives. Through writing, travel, and private wellness and lifestyle coaching, I guide individuals toward a more aligned, disciplined, and fulfilling way of living.
