My passion for exploration began early, shaped by years of playing competitive sports. As a former Division I athlete at Boston University, I learned the value of discipline, resilience, and pushing beyond limits, lessons that now guide me in every journey I take. Sports instilled in me the drive to embrace challenges and find purpose in personal growth, whether on the track and field or in life itself.

That same curiosity led me to earn my Master’s in Nutrition at Boston University, and study abroad in Italy, where I immersed myself in a culture that values health, longevity, and intentional living. Experiencing firsthand how movement, food, and connection contribute to a healthy life, I became passionate about uncovering the secrets of those who have lived long, healthy, and purposeful lives.

At the heart of The Greer Experience is the belief that knowledge is meant to be shared and that we are all students of life. Books have the power to expand our thinking, wisdom is passed down through generations, and new experiences can transform the way we live. I’ve been a multi-sport athlete my whole life, but it was competing in the 400m hurdles at Boston University on a scholarship that truly shaped me. The physical, mental, and emotional challenges I faced there pushed me to grow in ways I never expected — and taught me how to take care of myself and build a life with real meaning.

Along the way, I fell in love with nutrition. I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and even traveled to Padua, Italy to study the Mediterranean diet firsthand — deepening my understanding of what it really means to live well.

Now I’m here to share everything I’ve gathered — from books, travel, documentaries, health, and life itself — hoping something resonates and sparks your own journey. My goal is to inspire and walk alongside you as you build a life that feels healthy, happy, and deeply purposeful.

After graduating, I moved to Miami to chase my dreams and help others live healthier, stronger lives. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I found real purpose in guiding people through movement, nutrition, mindset, and wellness — watching them transform from the inside out.

Then came one of the most incredible opportunities of my life. I was introduced to NBA Hall of Famer Ray Allen, who invited me to coach his son’s basketball team. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience — and I poured everything I had learned in college and throughout my life into helping those athletes grow, physically and mentally. That team gave me a sense of purpose and something I genuinely looked forward to every single day.

I fell in love with the concept of Blue Zones in college after my parents gave me a cookbook for Christmas. That gift sparked my curiosity, and I started cooking these meals with my friends, fascinated by the lifestyle and longevity secrets of the world’s healthiest communities.

When I moved to Miami, I set a goal to visit all of the Blue Zones and personally experience the lifestyle and learn what a long, well-lived life truly looks like — from the people living it.

I was fortunate to travel to Nicoya, Costa Rica and Sardinia, Italy so far, where I spoke with locals about their secrets to living a long, healthy, and sustainable life. That experience only deepened my passion for understanding what truly contributes to longevity and well-being.

My mission is to visit all of the Blue Zones and share their wisdom with you, so we can all learn how to live healthier, more meaningful lives

Since then, my life has taken an incredible turn. My home base is now San Diego, California but I am incredibly grateful and fortunate to have traveled all over the world, immersing myself in different cultures, learning from diverse experiences, and gaining insights that have shaped my perspective on health, wellness, and life itself.

Each place I’ve visited has taught me something valuable, and now, my goal is to share those lessons with you, so you can be inspired, grow, and discover new ways to live a fuller, more meaningful life.
